Overview

S̺àmà Bævæ Mudâ was founded durring the early 14th century in summer of the year 1302, by Máldes. The establishment of S̺àmà Bævæ Mudâ was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding S̺àmà Bævæ Mudâ's construction back out of the project. Máldes pushed on reguardles, and S̺àmà Bævæ Mudâ was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.

S̺àmà Bævæ Mudâ was built using the conventions of Warrenese durring the early 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and S̺àmà Bævæ Mudâ is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature masoned stone construction which prominantly features pointed arches, pointed ribbed vault cielings, flying buttress', and window tracery all of which share a simmilar gemoetetic patern halfway between organic and inorganic in design formaing a very distinct aesthetically integrated style. BUildings tend to reach for the havens, and more expencive homes are easily identified by their floor count as well as the addition of decorative features intigrated into the building's design such as statues, gargoyals, and embelished joinery.

S̺àmà Bævæ Mudâ is was constructed arround several restrictive cobblestone mainstreets which cross one another at certain axies, with smaller streets branching off of them to premit acess to the many buildings deeper into the road network. The overall fashion is remenessent of a circulatory system, or other organic construct, and is quite effishent in its design. The city is the proud owner of a proper castle-style stone wall complete with all of the trimmings. It has towers, a moat, gatehouses, drawbridges, and even merticulationsshortsizeleadershipname.. The city's perhapse unnessisarily well built defences are visibly old, but also obviously maintained semi-regularly. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with ocasional mantance of the citys defences.

A look around S̺àmà Bævæ Mudâ shows S̺àmà Bævæ Mudâ as a den of corruption. Birbes can be seen changing hands openly, such that it must be customary to do so and must have been for a long time. The locals have no fear, no annoyance at the state of things, it simply is. The city has another layer to it as well. Locals can be overheard having academic discussions, as well as talking about scholarly subjects in general. It’s quite clear S̺àmà Bævæ Mudâ places a lot of value on education and being a learned individual, or at least, faking it.

S̺àmà Bævæ Mudâ's garrison was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is admittedly strange and non-linear style rooted in defiance of symmetrical shapes. It championed the creation of buildings with a unique visual appearance. the structural norms of classic buildings and deforms or moves away from elementary architectural principles. By including non-linear designs processed into its buildings and favoring fragmentation, this style expressed a form of controlled chaos. Its buildings appear out-of-the-ordinary, draw the eye in immediately and sometimes create a feeling of strangeness. These distorted shapes and structure are not reserved to the building’s outer facade, they destabilize interior elements too, favoring minimalism and play on people’s perceptions by injecting a futuristic touch.
